- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Returns & Refunds:
- Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits & dates, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Customers must raise complaints within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Delay caused by courier beyond our control.
